Contemporary witness
The gnarled trunks of the impressive Plane trees dating from the Victorian era catch the observer's eye. These imposing trees are the central feature of the classic English garden.

Mood
The overarching crown of the trees and the planned play of light of the morning sun transform the deep green lawns into a living picture. Squirrels flit playfully through the branches avoiding the visiting cats. While the morning bird song surprises the city's visitors.

Garden spaces
Garden niches of different character awake the walker's curiosity. The next view takes in a shimmering stone sculpture set in a spiral footpath. A fork in the footpath leads to an area reminiscent of a jungle and a still, peaceful corner with an Asian atmosphere inviting one to rest. The view of the neighbouring garden gives the impression of depth and of walking in a park. Four patio areas provide seating to relax, contemplate and enjoy your favourite aperitif.

Ideal conditions
London's mild climate allows one to be surprised with plants from different parts of the world. The highlights are the Tasmanian Tree Ferns, a Rice-Paper Tree, Passion flowers and the lignified Fuchsia.

Design
The garden is conceived as work in progress. At certain times it is so that a creative spirit in the form of a gardener, or more accurately gardeners, inspired by philosophy are able to create a wild space.
