K+K Cayré Hotel in Central Paris

The magnificent Orsay Museum, a former railway station, displays art dating from 1848 to 1914. Only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Works of art from famous artists like Van Gogh, Monet and Degas amongst others are on show.
Located just north of the Seine and very close to the K+K Cayré Hotel in Central Paris, the world famous Louvre with its futuristic glass pyramid entrance is a keynote landmark of the Rive Droite, inviting you to spend some time amongst its many treasures. This former royal palace houses Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa (La Gioconda) and the Venus de Milo.
The Tuileries Gardens
In between the Louvre and Place de la Concorde are the tranquil and beautiful Tuileries Gardens. The oldest gardens in Paris invite you to relax and enjoy this creation of Queen Catherine de Médicis.
Musée Rodin in 77, Rue de Varenne
Dedicated to one of the greatest French sculptors, Auguste Rodin. The museum, which is only a 10 minute walk from the K+K Hotels Paris centre, displays some of his most important pieces, such as «Le Baiser» (The Kiss) and «Le Penseur» (The Thinker), as well as work from his muse Camille Claudel.
Les Invalides, also known as „Hôtel des Invalides”, is only a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The former army hospital built by Louis the XIVth now houses the tomb of Napoléon Bonaparte and a military museum.
Pont Alexandre III
A short walk from Les Invalides brings you to probably one of the most beautiful bridges of Paris. It was offered to France by the Russian Tsar Alexander III on the occasion of the Universal Exhibition of Paris back in 1900.
Musée and Jardin du Luxembourg
A 15 minute walk will take you to another major point of attraction. Situated on the left bank of the Seine, the Rive Gauche, this museum guarantees time well spent with all its different exhibitions. The gardens are also a marvellous spot to practice some sports or to just sit back and enjoy a breath of fresh air.
The Latin Quarter near K+K Hotels in Paris Centre
The vibrant and charming Latin Quarter is full of inviting Cafés and Bistros. The famous Sorbonne University is located in this district and contributes to the very special flair of this quarter. Only a 20 minute walk away from the hotel or alternatively the Bus No. 63 from Bac- Saint Germain takes you there in 5 minutes. (Stop: Odéon).
Musée du quai Branly
Designed by Jean Nouvel, one of the greatest architects of France, the Musée du quai Branly, situated right next to the Eiffel Tower on the banks of the river Seine, is an innovative museum hosting unusual artefacts and exhibitions from all over the world. Only a 20 minute walk from the hotel or alternatively you can take the Bus No. 63.
A small but vibrant museum and literally just around the corner, only 2 minutes from the hotel. With different displays of modern art and a good collection of the french sculptor Aristide Maillol, this museum is definitely worth a visit.
The Musée de l’Orangerie
After an extensive refurbishment the Orangerie Museum has re-opened its doors and invites you to enjoy masterpieces from Cezanne and Picasso, as well as Monet’s famous « Les Nympheas ». The museum is only a 15 minute walk from the hotel or a short bus ride away (Bus No. 63).
