As a starter we serve “Erdäpfelkäs” (a delicious home made potato spread with fresh chives) and traditional Austrian flat rolls made from a local recipe. The golden-yellow roast suckling pig in beer sauce is presented whole before being carved and served with "napkin dumplings", warm bacon and cabbage salad. A delicious specialty – enjoyed in our medieval vaulted cellar.
