- The guarantee only applies to rates which are bookable online via the Internet by the general public with an instant confirmation option.
- When submitting a claim you must hold a confirmed reservation made through kkhotels.com with a confirmation number.
- The claim must be submitted within 24 hours of booking your room with kkhotels.com; the time as recorded on the online booking.
- Claims must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Breakdowns or problems regarding the Internet, outside the influence of K+K Hotels, are at the expense of the claimant.
- The lower rate must be for the same hotel, reservation dates, room type, number of guests and the same rate inclusions and conditions.
- The Guarantee does not apply for special contracted rates such Corporate, Group, negotiated rates and Tour Operator Rates. Hotel package rates which are part of a travel package including more than hotel accommodations do not qualify - like hotel+air/train/car/theatre/dinner/flowers or any other travel component.
- Rate discrepancies which occur due to currency exchange rates are excluded from the guarantee.
- There is no need to book the lower rate found on a different website. You only need to check the online availability and inform us.
- How to submit a claim: complete all details of the claim form for the K+K Hotel you have booked on kkhotels.com to inform us of the lower rate found.
- The claim for Best Rate Guarantee can only be processed when submitted via the online claim form. Other forms of submission or communication are not valid.
- Upon verification of your claim, your adjusted rate inclusive of the additional 10% discount will be reconfirmed by email within 72 hours. The rebate is not redeemable in cash.
- K+K Hotels reserve the right to modify or cancel this offer and the terms & conditions at any time at its’ sole discretion.
