- Starting the 10th of May until the 14th of September Sector 3 Bucharest City Hall brings culture to the street in the middle of the city with 'The Summer Symphonies'. Each weekend starting from 19:30 until 21:00 everybody is invited to enjoy symphonic music or band music in Coltea Park. The weekly event is free of charge and aims to bring a bit of culture in an open-air concert.
- The summer is over, but the show is certainly not – the theatre festival “Caragiale’s Bucharest” will continue until the 14th of September. This year brings to Bucharest the third edition of the Caragiale festival and takes places in the Old Town, on the very streets that Caragiale must have walked almost a hundred years ago. In its already established tradition, the festival brings together young actors at the beginning of their careers as well as renowned ones, consecrated directors and directors which hope to establish themselves, but above all, brings the people of Bucharest an oasis of culture in the middle of the capital.
- The International Summer Festival “Magic Summer” reaches its 3rd edition this year, this time marking another special celebration in Bucharest – the 555th anniversary of the Romanian capital. The series of concerts and events will take place at the Romanian Athenaeum and will begin on the 9th of July, ending on the 27th of August. Participants will get the opportunity to listen to famous classical music pieces performed by artists such as Alexandru Tomescu, The Moldavian Youth Orchestra or the Transylvanian Quartet.
- This summer Sabotage continues its declared mission to bring together the fans of alternative music, whether they are rockers, punks, rappers, skaters, bikers or simply rebels, this time in the Stoner Rock Evening! This new event will take place on August 29th when The Factory will be ‘sabotaged’ by headliners such as Planet of Zeus, the famous band of stoner rock and heavy metal from Greece, who will be joined by several local names such as: Roadkillsoda, and No One Cares Wooldozer.
