The Eiffel Tower (La Tour Eiffel)  
A pleasant and leisurely 30 minute walk through Rue St. Dominique past “Les Invalides” and “Pont Alexandre III” will take you to the most famous landmark in Paris. Situated on the Champ-de-Mars, near the river Seine, the famous construction of Gustave Eiffel is also known as “The Iron Lady” and was built for the Universal Exhibition in 1889.

The Cathedral of Notre-Dame
This monumental and gothic cathedral is situated on the Ile de la Cité and forms the centre of the city. A leisurely walk of approximately 25 minutes along the river Seine and its famous bouquinistes will lead you to Notre-Dame.

Montmartre and Sacré-Coeur
The famous “artists’ village” never lost its charm as a little community within the big city since it became a district of Paris back in 1860. You can easily reach it via underground, only a 15 minute ride with “Le Metro”. Line 12, right in front of the hotel will take you directly to “Abbesses”.

Avenue des Champs-Elysées and  Arc de Triomphe
Just a 15 minute ride by metro will take you to this well known and most beautiful avenue of Paris. Once in the area, you can’t miss the “Arc de Triomphe ». This remarkable monument was commissioned in 1806 after the victory at Austerlitz by Emperor Napoléon I. It stands as the centre point of the “Place de l’Etoile”, a star made out of 12 avenues. Beneath the “Arc de Triomphe” there is the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier from the First World War.
