Follow signs direction "Centrum" straight to the end of the highway. After the 2nd traffic lights, you will see the dome of the Museum, turn left into "Žitná" street, then take the 2nd street right into "Ve Smečkách".

From Munich, Nuremberg, Pilsen (E50, D5):
Follow signs direction "Centrum" - cross the river Moldavia on the "Jiráskův most" (bridge) - straight on to "Resslova" street - and after the sixth traffic lights turn left into "Legerova" street - stay in the left lane and turn left again at the first traffic light into "Žitná" street - take 3rd right into "Ve Smečkách" street.
