Payment Terms

Your reservation can be cancelled free of charge up until 2 pm (local hotel time) on the day of arrival. In the case of cancellation after the time limit or of non-arrival, the 1st night stay will be charged as a cancellation fee. Your reservation must be guaranteed with credit card.

Non-refundable rate

Payment Terms

The reservation cannot be amended, transferred or cancelled. Full prepayment for the entire stay is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The guest accepts to be charged in advance the total amount of the reservation.

Guests are required upon check-in to present the credit card used to make the reservation, along with the cardholder’s photo ID. If the customer is not able to show these documents when checking in, we will need to take another payment immediately.
